Job Opening: Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Care Assessments TLC HomeCare Inc. is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to perform in-home patient assessments. Responsibilities: • Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments in clients’ homes • Develop and review care plans based on patient needs • Coordinate with caregivers and healthcare professionals • Ensure accurate and timely documentation Requirements: • Active RN license • Experience in home care or clinical assessment preferred • Strong communication and organizational skills • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel Schedule: Flexible Location: Sarasota,Manantee,Nokomis, Port charlotte and Venice Salary range: $35-40 per hour If you are compassionate, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing quality care, we would love to hear from you!
