We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Registered Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our healthcare facility, ensuring the highest level of care is provided to our patients. Responsibilities: • Provide direct patient care, including catheterization, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. • Manage the delivery of care services, including utilization management, and ensure that all services are delivered in accordance with our policies and procedures. • Oversee the operation of our assisted living facility, ensuring that all patients receive the care they need to thrive. • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior nursing staff to help them grow professionally and improve patient care. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, adhering to all relevant regulations and standards. Experience: • Must be a registered nurse with a valid license and a minimum of 1 year of experience in a senior care setting. • Proven experience in a managerial role, with a focus on critical care and utilization management. • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and responsibilities. • Experience with patient populations with dementia and working people with developmental disabilities. • Ability to work in an assisted living facility and provide care that meets the unique needs of each patient. • Experience with Residex or similar electronic health record systems. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with staff, patients, and families. • Job Type: Full-time Qualifications: • Management Experience preferred • Experience in Assisted Living with Dementia Care Setting Compensation: $75,000 - $82,000 yearly
