About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and medication administration.

Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Monitor and document patient progress, responding to changes in condition promptly.

Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.

Assist in the coordination of care across multiple departments and services.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and hospital policies.

Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.

Support a positive and respectful workplace culture among staff and patients.

Requirements:

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Montana.

Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; ADN considered.

Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting.

Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS preferred.
