Faulkton Area Medical Center (FAMC) is an independent, non-profit Critical Access Hospital serving our community and surrounding area with pride—and we’re looking for Registered Nurses who want meaningful work in a place where they are known, supported, and trusted.
This is a full-time RN position with variable 12-hour shifts (3 shifts per week), including days, nights, rotating weekends, and holidays.

Acute care, swing bed, or ER experience is preferred but not required

Qualifications
Current SD Registered Nurse licensure required.
Strong technical, assessment, and documentation skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Ability to work, at times, in a fast-paced, emotionally demanding environment.
Physical Demands
Ability to work up to 12-hour shifts with frequent standing, walking, lifting, bending, and reaching.
Work Environment
Indoor, safety-sensitive, requiring physical presence on-site.
