    About the Role

    CLFC Healthcare & Communications is seeking a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) for an IHS healthcare facility serving the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa community in Belcourt, ND. This role provides comprehensive sleep diagnostic services including in-lab polysomnography and home sleep testing for a tribal healthcare population with significant sleep disorder prevalence.

    You will perform overnight polysomnographic studies, administer home sleep testing programs, manage CPAP/BiPAP titration, and work collaboratively with a Board Certified Sleep Medicine physician who provides clinical interpretation.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct full in-lab polysomnography (PSG) studies including diagnostic and split-night protocols
    • Administer and manage home sleep testing (HST) programs with portable monitoring equipment
    • Perform CPAP, BiPAP, and ASV titration studies per AASM clinical guidelines
    • Score and stage sleep studies according to AASM Manual for the Scoring of Sleep and Associated Events
    • Maintain and calibrate polysomnographic equipment and recording systems
    • Manage CPAP/BiPAP equipment dispensing, mask fitting, and patient education
    • Document studies and communicate findings to interpreting sleep medicine physicians
    • Ensure compliance with AASM accreditation standards

    Required Qualifications

    • Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) credential through BRPT
    • Minimum 1 year of clinical polysomnography experience
    • Proficiency in PSG scoring per current AASM guidelines
    • Experience with home sleep testing devices and CPAP/BiPAP equipment
    • CPR/BLS certification
    • Ability to work overnight shifts

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in rural or tribal healthcare settings
    • CCSH (Certified Clinical Sleep Health) credential
    • Experience with multiple HST device platforms
    • Familiarity with IHS electronic health record systems (RPMS/EHR)

    Compensation

    • Competitive hourly rate: $38 - $46 per hour
    • Rural location premium considered
    • Travel and lodging support for qualified candidates
    • Base year plus four option year contract (5 years total)
