    Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – Inpatient Critical Care

    Location: Boston, MA
    Rate: Up to $2600.00 Gross Weekly + benefits available from day 1
    Shift: 36-Hour Nights | Every other weekend | Every other holiday
    Contract: 13-Week Contract
    Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

    Requirements:

    • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) required
    • Minimum 5+ years of recent experience
    • Recent expereince in a Level 1 trauma facility
    • Recent critical care experience in MICU and SICU
    • Familiar with lung protective ventilation
    • Epic experience required

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide respiratory care in critical care setting
    • Manage ventilated MICU/SICU patients
    • Perform respiratory support and airway management
    • Support lung protective ventilation strategies
    • Monitor respiratory status and respond to changes
