    Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – Inpatient NICU

    Location: Boston, MA
    Rate: Up to $2600.00 Gross Weekly + benefits available from day 1
    Shift: 36-Hour Days (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM) | Every other weekend | Every other holiday
    Contract: 13-Week Contract

    Requirements:

    • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) required
    • NICU experience required
    • Minimum 5+ years of recent experience in a Level 1 trauma facility
    • Recent critical care experience in NICU and PICU
    • Familiar with lung protective ventilation

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide respiratory care in NICU and PICU setting
    • Manage ventilated neonatal and pediatric patients
    • Support airway and respiratory therapy interventions
    • Monitor respiratory status and respond to changes
    • Assist with lung protective ventilation strategies
    • Document patient care
