Our Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking a Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) or Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) who is skilled in surgery, patient care, and client education, and excited about being part of a dynamic team. If you're positive, experienced, and motivated, with a knack for utilizing your skills, you're the perfect fit for us!
Veterinary Technician Duties:
Perform routine procedures such as vaccinations, blood draws and exam room flow
Administer medications and treatments as directed by veterinarians
Monitor and record vital signs of animals during procedures and treatments
Prepare animals for surgery, assist during surgical procedures, dental cleanings, dental radiographs
Take radiographs
Skills:
Strong knowledge of animal care and handling techniques
Proficient in performing routine veterinary procedures
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with pet owners and veterinary team members
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
