Job Summary:

PREMIER URGENT CARE in Melbourne, FL is seeking a Registration Representative.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Greet patients who walk through the door

Check in/out, collect payments, adhere to end of day protocols

Obtain accurate patient demographics and verify insurances

Answer the phone, appointment scheduling, take accurate messages, answer patient questions

Maintain comprehensive medical records and chart organization

Qualifications:

Strong customer service skills

Excellent organizational skills

Attention to detail

Familiarity with basic computer programs, such as the Microsoft Office

Previous office experience desired - 3 years minimum will be considered
