    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Assess and evaluate the condition of surfaces to be reglazed. Surfaces include bathtubs, sinks, tiles, and other fixtures
    • Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and smoothing to ensure proper adhesion of materials
    • Apply reglazing solutions and coatings using appropriate techniques and tools
    • Conduct quality checks to ensure a flawless finish and client satisfaction
    • Follow safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe work environment
    • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide recommendations
    • Maintain equipment and supplies, ensuring proper usage and storage
    • Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each project
    • Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and safety regulations
    • Some travel may be required

    Qualifications include, but are not limited to:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in a related field is a plus
    • Proven experience as a Reglazing Technician or in a similar role (1 year or more preferred)
    • Knowledge of reglazing materials, techniques, and best practices
    • Proficient in using tools and equipment related to reglazing and surface preparation
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
    • Good communication and customer service skills
    • Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical tasks as required
