This is a unique opportunity to advise on complex bank regulatory issues and compliance matters for a sophisticated client base that includes major financial institutions around the world.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Advise on a broad range of bank regulatory issues and compliance matters for a global client base.
    • Collaborate on individual cases and project-based assignments, working closely with attorneys in related practices, including government investigations and financial services.
    • Engage in immediate and direct client communication, providing strategic guidance and solutions to complex legal challenges.
    • Work with international clients, which may occasionally require adapting to different business hours.
    • Contribute to a team dedicated to delivering innovative and strategic legal solutions.

    Candidate Profile

    • One to three (1-3) years of relevant experience.
    • Prior experience in a financial services firm, a compliance firm, or with a regulator is of interest, but not required.
    • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
    • Admission to the North Carolina State Bar is preferred.
