What You’ll Do
As a Regulatory & Environmental Compliance Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our products, facilities, and operations comply with environmental, health, and safety requirements, while helping the business move forward responsibly.
You will:
Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations related to waste management, emissions, chemical handling, and required reporting
Monitor, interpret, and clearly communicate evolving regulatory and environmental requirements
Support regulatory submissions, registrations, renewals, and documentation for products, ingredients, and manufacturing activities in collaboration with global teams
Partner closely with Manufacturing, R&D, Quality, and Supply Chain to embed compliance into processes, procedures, and product development
Maintain accurate regulatory records, permits, certifications, and compliance documentation
Support internal and external audits, inspections, and regulatory inquiries, including preparation and follow-up actions
Track regulatory changes and assess potential business impacts, risks, and mitigation strategies
Help develop training materials and educate employees on regulatory and environmental compliance expectations
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen compliance systems, reduce risk, and enhance sustainability performance

Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
2–5+ years of experience in regulatory affairs, environmental compliance, EHS, or a related field
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Biology, Regulatory Affairs, or a related discipline
Working knowledge of U.S. and international regulatory frameworks (e.g., EPA, FIFRA, EU regulations, environmental permitting)
Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation and organizational skills
Ability to interpret regulations and translate them into practical, business-ready guidance
Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
A genuine interest in sustainability, science-based solutions, or agriculture
