This hybrid role is based out of their plant in the NYC, NY area. It’s a great fit for someone who thrives in documentation-heavy work, knows the TTB process inside and out, and is ready to build structure in a newly defined regulatory function.

If you’re passionate about innovation, compliance, and being the go-to regulatory expert for multiple markets, this role offers a rare opportunity to step into a pivotal seat and make an immediate impact.

Why You Should Consider This Opportunity:

    • High Compensation + Bonus: Competitive pay structure with a 15% target bonus

    • Hybrid Schedule: 3 days on-site, 2 days remote

    • Newly Created Role: Build the structure, process, and strategy from the ground up

    • Global Impact: Work across U.S., Canadian, and international markets (supporting 10+ export regions)

    • Cross-Functional Exposure: Collaborate with Legal, R&D, Marketing, Ops, and Global Innovation

    • Well-Rounded Benefits: Comprehensive health coverage, 401(k) match, PTO, parental leave, and more!

    In This Role, You Will:

    • Serve as the primary regulatory lead for all North American innovation and new product development

    • Own formula and label submissions to TTB, LCBO, SAQ, and other regulatory bodies

    • Oversee compliance documentation related to liquid, packaging, labeling, and product claims

    • Ensure regulatory readiness from benchtop to market launch across domestic and export markets

    • Partner with external vendors, co-mans, and flavor houses to ensure documentation and compliance

    • Monitor changes in FDA, USDA, TTB, Health Canada, and global alcohol/food regulations

    • Lead risk assessments, manage timelines, and advise cross-functional partners

What You Bring to the Table:

    • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or a related technical field

    • 3–5 years of experience in regulatory affairs or quality assurance within alcohol, beverage, or food/CPG

    • Strong knowledge of TTB regulations, especially formula and COLA submissions

    • Experience with packaging and liquid compliance documentation

    • Understanding of FDA, USDA, Health Canada, and international regulatory requirements

    • Attention to detail and documentation- this is a compliance-heavy role, not a legal strategy role

    • Confident communicator who can simplify complex technical details for cross-functional teams

    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed organization with evolving priorities

Must be a U.S. Citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
