    Job Title: Regulatory Reporting Specialist
    Location:     4000 Luxottica Pl, Mason, OH 45040, USA
    Hybrid – (Onsite 3x per week: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday – No exceptions )

    Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

    Responsibilities:

    • Run and provide requested reports on or before the due date using tools such as Business Objects and QlikView
    • Perform review and quality assurance (QA) on each report
    • Deliver reports via secure email or SFTP to final recipients
    • Update ad-hoc tracker or production master schedule indicating when reports were run, reviewed, and delivered
    • Draft, revise, and format work instructions using standardized templates
    • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal quality standards

    Required Skills:

    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel: VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data manipulation, formula troubleshooting
    • Strong communication skills to present information and respond to inquiries from peers and management
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, teamwork, and organizational skills
    • Proven ability to manage tasks, deadlines, and priorities independently
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
    • Adaptability and a proactive approach to finding solutions

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with SAP BI/Business Objects or equivalent reporting tools
    • Background in CMS and/or regulatory reporting
