Job Title: Regional Director of Therapy Services
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to take on the role of Regional Director of Therapy Services, overseeing multiple Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) Therapy departments through the Tampa/Clearwater area. A successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, operational management, and clinical oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality rehabilitation services across multiple locations. This position requires a strong background in therapy services, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a strategic vision for therapy services aligned with organizational goals.
Evaluate market trends and industry best practices to enhance therapy services.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of therapy departments in multiple SNFs.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, implementing improvements as needed.
Provide clinical guidance and supervision to therapy teams.
Work collaboratively with other department heads and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to ensure the highest standards of care.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
Implement evidence-based practices to enhance therapy outcomes.
Qualifications:
License in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology.
Current FL state licensure in therapy discipline.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in therapy services.
Regional Director of Rehab experience
Strong knowledge of SNF regulations, reimbursement, and documentation requirements.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
