    Position: Rehabilitation & Support Worker Location: Missoula, Montana About the Role Winds of Change is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Rehabilitation & Support Worker to join our team. In this position, you will provide hands-on support to individuals on their path to recovery and independence. Your work will help clients develop essential life skills, achieve personal goals, and experience greater wellness and fulfillment. Key Responsibilities • Provide encouragement and direct support to clients in recovery. • Participate in group activities, therapeutic sessions, and wellness programs. • Assist clients with daily living skills, including shopping, outdoor activities, and appointments. • Collaborate with Case Managers and Therapists to carry out individualized recovery plans. • Support clients in overcoming challenges and recognizing personal progress. • Maintain a safe, respectful, and empowering environment. Schedule • Full-time positions available • Flexible daytime schedule • Choice of five 8-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts • Monday–Friday (no weekends) Benefits • 401(k) retirement plan • Paid Time Off (PTO) and sick leave • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance • Supportive and mission-driven team culture Responsibilities: • Client Transportation: Provide reliable transportation for clients to and from appointments and community activities. • Facilitate Group Activities: Lead recovery-focused groups and activities that promote healing, skill-building, and personal growth. • Assessment & Evaluation: Identify barriers that may affect a client’s ability to live independently or integrate successfully into the community. • Communication Support: Assist clients in developing effective communication and interpersonal skills for daily interactions. • Symptom Management: Support clients in recognizing and implementing strategies for managing their symptoms and maintaining stability. • Social Support Development: Help clients strengthen and expand their social support networks. • Life Skills Training: Teach and reinforce daily living skills related to home, work, education, leisure, and community engagement. • Crisis Intervention: Provide immediate, compassionate support during crises to ensure client safety and emotional well-being. • Documentation: Maintain timely, accurate, and detailed documentation of all client interactions, progress, and interventions. • Team Collaboration: Participate in staff meetings, case consultations, and care coordination efforts. • Training & Development: Complete all required trainings (both in-person and online) to remain current with best practices and agency standards. • Productivity Standards: Consistently meet or exceed established productivity and performance expectations. Qualifications: Qualifications & RequirementsEducation: High school diploma or GED required. • Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old (per licensing standards). • Driver’s License & Insurance: Must possess a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance. • Attendance: Maintain regular and dependable attendance to ensure continuity of client care. • HIPAA Compliance: Adhere to confidentiality requirements and all HIPAA regulations. Compensation: $16.50 hourly
