We are seeking an experienced Manager of Rehab Therapy Services to lead and elevate our comprehensive inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation programs at our state-of-the-art hospital.

    About the Role:

    As the Manager of Rehab Therapy Services, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of our rehab department, overseeing physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology services across inpatient and outpatient settings.

    You will lead a talented, multidisciplinary team committed to delivering exceptional patient outcomes through innovation, evidence-based practice, and compassionate care.

    You will also provide direct patient care.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Direct and oversee all clinical and administrative functions of inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services

    Develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality initiatives to ensure regulatory compliance and optimal patient care

    Collaborate with medical and administrative leadership to drive departmental goals and growth strategies

    Mentor and manage rehab therapy staff, fostering professional development and a culture of excellence

    Monitor departmental performance, patient satisfaction, and financial outcomes, ensuring efficiency and high standards of care

    Qualifications:

    Master’s degree or higher in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, or related field (required)

    Current professional licensure in the state of Nebraska

    Preference to have a minimum of 10 years of clinical experience in rehabilitation services, with 5+ years in a leadership role

    Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, DNV standards, and best practices in both inpatient and outpatient settings

    Proven ability to lead diverse teams and drive performance in a fast-paced healthcare environment
