About the Role
The Rehabilitation Assistant supports the rehabilitation team in delivering high-quality patient care. This role works closely with veterinarians and rehabilitation therapists to assist with therapy sessions, patient handling, and clinic operations while helping create a positive and supportive experience for pets and their families.

Key Responsibilities
Assist rehabilitation therapists and veterinarians with therapy sessions and patient care
Safely handle and support patients during rehabilitation exercises and treatments
Prepare therapy areas and equipment for patient treatments
Monitor patients during therapy sessions and communicate observations to the clinical team
Maintain a clean and organized therapy environment
Support teammates across departments as needed to ensure excellent patient and client experiences
Communicate professionally and compassionately with clients and team members
Qualifications
Experience working in the veterinary field or animal service industry preferred
Strong animal handling skills and knowledge of low-stress handling techniques
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Self-motivated with a strong interest in learning and professional development
Able to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
Passion for supporting patient care and building relationships with clients and teammates
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including walking, standing, crouching, and kneeling throughout the day
