    Patient Education: Providing patients with information about their conditions, treatments, and procedures. Patient Care Coordinators may help patients understand their healthcare plans, medications, and necessary lifestyle changes.

    Referral Coordination: If a patient needs to see a specialist or undergo further diagnostic tests, the coordinator helps arrange referrals and ensures that all relevant medical records and information are shared.

    Insurance and Billing: Assisting patients with understanding their insurance coverage, explaining billing procedures, and helping them navigate any financial aspects of their care.

    Medical Records Management: Ensuring that patient medical records are accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to the appropriate healthcare providers.
