Founded in 1971, Reimer Law Co. is a full-service creditor’s rights law firm representing clients in Ohio, Kentucky, and West Virginia. This position will be based out of our Louisville, KY. Office and you will need Foreclosure background.

 ATTORNEY

We are looking for AN ATTORNEY who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. This ATTORNEY will need excellent communication, organizational, and people skills are essential for the position. The right candidate will be a self-motivator, someone who works well with little to no supervision and driven to create, facilitate and reach their monthly goals. 

 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Represent clients at hearings in multiple counties
• Handle large caseload
• Draft motions, briefs and other legal documents
• Manage and coordinate with your team

• Basic Knowledge of Client Software Databases, such as Black Knight, Vendorscape and Lenstar

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Juris Doctor degree 
• Admitted to practice law in Ohio and/or Kentucky (If based in our northern Kentucky office, it is ideal for the candidate to be admitted in Ohio, Kentucky and West Virginia)
• One year of experience as a law clerk or an attorney in a similar practice preferred
• Strong understanding of the FDCPA
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and multiple priorities to completion
• 3 years’ experience preferred in foreclosure related practice
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable driving to courthouses in various counties
• Management experience a plus
