    What You’ll Do:

    RMG is looking for a Digital Media Associate to support the marketing team across our suite of sites. You’ll work alongside the Senior Digital Account Coordinator, assisting in managing the day-to-day operations of our advertising partnerships. You will report to the Digital Account Executive while assisting with soliciting sales from current and prospective partners. Upholding our three RMG Partner Communications Standards: lightning-speed partner response times, an A+ email follow-up game, and nailing every single deadline is crucial.

    The Digital Media Associate will be responsible for:

    Maintaining an up-to-date and well-organized partnership database.

    Documenting meeting conversations and preparing recap notes from all partner meetings and new business discussions.

    Preparing partner-requested documents, such as screenshot decks.

    Communicating with partners for monthly updates and tracking confirmations.

    Conducting monthly audits across different domains.

    Coordinating with our Ad Ops Specialist to fulfill partner requests.

    Communicating and coordinating requests to/from various teams internally.

    Conducting new business research and coordinating inbound inquiries

    What You’ll Need:

    Required:

    1-2 years of work experience in digital advertising.

    Experience in account management and/or sales

    Strong written and oral communication skills.

    Mad organizational skills and laser-sharp attention to detail.

    A natural sense of urgency when it comes to tackling tasks.

    Ability to work with various teams: Content, Development, SEO, and Data.

    Experience working with Microsoft Software (Excel & PowerPoint) along with G-Suite.

    Not hesitant in asking questions.

    Looking for growth opportunity.

    Desired:

    Experience working remotely.

    Experience working with multiple time zones.

    Curiosity about investing and global trading platforms, which are much more fascinating than you might think they are!
