JOB SUMMARY
Reino Linen Service is searching for a full-time Human Resources (HR) Assistant to join the team at our Brownstown Plant location! The HR Assistant will work alongside the HR generalists and operations management in a fast-pace environment utilizing various HR skills including but not limited to recruiting/onboarding, training, and employee relations. This position requires a high level of self-motivation and detail orientation to maintain daily needs. RESPONSIBILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Responsible for maintaining the employee experience for onboarding new employees through their introductory period.
Conduct exit interviews.
Facilitates or provides training to the workforce.
Maintains positive employee relations by coordinating employee recognition, incentive, and reward programs.
Maintain HR Administrative documents including employee records and I9 documentation.
Coach, counsel, and guide employees and management to communicate various human resource policies and procedures.
Maintain all attendance records, applicant data/tracking, and employee files.
Company-wide support for needed assistance.
All other duties as assigned.
