    Hours: Monday-Friday various daytime shifts.

    Rejuv Medical is seeking a full-time Integration Specialist to join our team with primary duties of Fitness and Medical Sales. The right candidate must be adaptable, a quick learner, and detail oriented all the while maintaining a positive attitude. As the face of Rejuv, this critical position is responsible for establishing a positive experience for all who utilize the services Rejuv has to offer. This individual must show dedication, dependability, efficiency and the ability to multi-task. We are looking for a candidate who has proven sales experience in a medical/gym setting. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of medical insurance and understand the concept of HIPAA. They need to be able to multi-task and are comfortable with adjusting and adapting to an ever changing work task environment.

    Summary: Assists potential patients/clients via email, phone and in person with regards to our integrated healthcare model. Also help assist in the follow-up of all assigned patient/clients.

    Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    Pleasant and professional phone skills with the ability to make out bound and take incoming phone calls for sales purposes.

    Maintain knowledge of all lines of service that Rejuv Medical has to offer, and be able to communicate them to internal and external parties.

    Consults and reaches out to new, current and past clients and members for purposes of recruiting and maintaining client/patient base according to retention guidelines.

    Consistent Sales Growth.

    Customer service/all-inclusive /full circle

    Revenue generation, consistent

    Utilize systems to maximize efficiencies and document lead generation pipeline accurately and timely

    Assists and participates in outreach and community activities including marketing, projects, lunch-and-learns, etc. as determined by management.

    Generates majority and retains clientele and revenue.

    Prepares individual Professional/Binder Sales Log.

    Efficiently return emails and phone calls to ensure timely response time.

    Successful tracking, follow-up and proven appointment scheduling processes.

    Explains all aspects of regenerative procedures in details with accuracy to prospective and returning patients.

    eCW scheduling, obtain knowledge with accuracy and efficiency.

    Display empathy and compassion to patients while ensuring commitment to define and solve concerns.

    Answers inquiry's and educates patients throughout plan of care.

    Continues education and personal growth to maintain all registrations, licensures, and certifications.

    Flexible, adapts to change positively, maintains consistent organizational skills.

    Presents a consistent willingness to learn new skills and positive demeanor with both patients and co-workers.

    Proven successful Sales background

    Clinical/medical background

    Qualifications:

    Language Ability:

    Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from patients, clinics and pharmacies. Ability to effectively present information to management and public groups.

    Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

    Reasoning Ability:

    Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

    Computer Skills:

    To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Micrososft Office suite and order processing system.

    Education/Experience:

    Sales education and/or experience, proven success.
