Summary:
Rejuv Medical is seeking an experienced part-time Maintenance Coordinator / Handy-man to work in our unique multi-specialty clinic, physical therapy and full service gym facility.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Preventative & Emergency Maintenance
Mechanical Safety
Troubleshooting
Maintain, update and plan for scheduled maintenance of systems either on own or outsourcing appropriate with approval.
Regularly inspect equipment and building, both interior/exterior, for quality, safety and security abiding by all applicable OSHA standards.
Review, evaluate and prioritize requests for facilities.
Maintain equipment audit logs to ensure all equipment is up to standards.
Project Management; coordinating with executive team the implementation of new building projects.
Responsible for maintaining professional, effective relationship with vendors, contractor, and community partners.
Coordinate bids from vendors for projects.
Ability to regularly load/unload misc. product from storage facility as well as numerous errands to pick up items as it relates to the facility.
Other duties and special projects as assigned
Preferred Experience:
Ability to diagnose and technically repair fitness equipment.
Strong understanding of building control systems.
Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pluming, fire, and HVAC systems.
