15-20 hours per week. Part-time
Summary: Perform Facilities Coordinator role in all aspects
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Exhibit stellar customer service and professionalism to both internal/external clients.
On Call 24/7 for emergency/urgent needs.
Identify and resolve maintenance needs throughout all of Rejuv including satellite location.
Maintain, update and plan for scheduled maintenance of systems either on own or outsourcing appropriate with approval from COO.
Inspect regularly facilities equipment and building in general all interior/exterior for quality, aesthetically pleasing, safety focus for patient, employees as well as this role utilizing all safety measures including safety goggles when necessary, appropriate ladder climbing techniques, etc.
Review, evaluate and prioritize requests for facilities.
Ability to communicate and manage computer programs such as Outlook/Email, Outlook/Calendar, Microsoft Word for documents and basic excel for tracking data.
Continuously active and hands-on with regular day-to-day upkeep.
Compliance with company policies, industry standards, legal requirements and maintaining quality control.
Report to GM/COO activities, budget, supplies and planned needs/projects.
Consistently operating with safety in mind as well as financially responsible.
Ability to regularly utilize Rejuv’s utility trailer, load/unload misc. product from storage facility as well as numerous errands to pick up items as it relates to the facility.
Read and respond to email messages professionally and timely.
Ensure cleanliness and tidiness for front lobby area and fitness gym area as needed, walking the area regularly to ensure comfort for clients.

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and two to four years related experience and/or training and college education; or equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Certificates and Licenses:
Current CPR and AED certificate – not currently enforced
