    Job Description

    Growing Bellevue CPA firm is looking for a personable, energetic, motivated, and dependable administrative assistant to operate our front desk full time. Basic administrative duties include, but are not limited to, welcoming clients; answering phones and directing calls; incoming/outgoing mail; maintaining client database; word processing; scanning and filing; assisting with billing; office and kitchen supplies management; supporting other administrative team members and various departments. Must be able to operate in a fast-paced, demanding environment.

    Strong attention to detail is a must. Strong written and oral communication skills and computer skills, and professional appearance required. Timeliness and dependability are vital.

    Candidate must be literate in MS Office applications: Word, Outlook, Excel. Must have knowledge of basic office equipment, and strong typing skills (50 WPM minimum).

    Competitive hourly wage with benefits, including medical, dental, vision insurance, paid vacation, 401(k). Starting hourly rate (DOE).
