    Job Description

    • Manage all aspects of assigned ABL portfolio including daily collections & advances, review of borrowing base certificates & supporting documentation, review of field exams, preparation of loan modification memos and preparation of annual account reviews,
    • Deepen relationships by understanding client needs with focus on cross selling appropriate products and services
    • Provide top client service in-line with the bank’s expected high standards
    • Remain well informed on all client matters to minimize risk
    • Maintain a consistent and successful calling program
    • Achieve all individual goals and contribute to all team goals
    • Structure relationships appropriately to minimize risk and maximize profitability
    • Develop positive working relationships with all segments and individual bank partners
    • Conduct oneself as a true brand ambassador for the bank
    • Utilize all systems as provided and deemed necessary for the business

    Qualifications

    • 6 – 10 minimum years of experience in managing factored or asset-based relationships
    • Ability to identify client needs and provide appropriate response
    • Good level of business acumen and commercial awareness
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, both externally and internally
    • Strong communication skills, written, verbal and presentation
    • Knowledge of Solifi loan system (f/k/a Stucky) preferred
