    Job Description

    The Recruitment Relationship Manager III leads the fulfillment of open vacancies for assigned accounts, serving as the primary contact for client stakeholders, sponsors, and hiring leaders. This role collaborates with Program Executives, Operations Managers, Program Specialists (PSs), and Recruitment Sourcing Managers (RSMs) across onshore and offshore delivery centers to drive best practices and champion the Allegis Global Solutions Direct Sourcing product.

    Reporting to the Director, Service Excellence, this position ensures operational excellence and consistently represents the Direct Sourcing product in all client interactions.

    ** Essential Functions**

    • Direct Sourcing Leadership: Execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and present qualified candidates for open positions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and account KPIs.
    • Recruitment Process Oversight: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including requisition intake, candidate pipeline development, interview scheduling, and offer management, to meet or exceed service level agreements.
    • Market Intelligence & Talent Advisory: Analyze and communicate recruitment trends and market data to hiring managers and client stakeholders, providing strategic recommendations as a trusted Talent Advisor.
    • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, sponsors, and hiring leaders. Proactively resolve issues and prevent escalations through effective communication and problem-solving.
    • Internal Collaboration: Partner with AGS Centers of Excellence (COEs) and shared services teams to address complex client needs and deliver customized recruitment solutions.
    • Risk & Compliance Management: Identify, assess, and escalate risk or compliance issues. Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant legislation, client policies, and OFCCP requirements.
    • Continuous Improvement: Anticipate potential challenges in the recruitment process and implement proactive solutions to optimize delivery and client satisfaction.
    • Mentorship & Team Development: Coach, lead, and mentor Recruitment Sourcing Specialists (RSSs), Talent Assessors (TAs), and Recruitment Coordinators (RCs) assigned to the account. Provide guidance and support to other Recruitment Relationship Managers (RRMs) across Direct Sourcing.
    • Talent Pool Management: Utilize specialist market knowledge to develop and maintain pre-qualified talent pools in collaboration with Recruitment Sourcing Specialists and Managers.
    • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze recruitment activity within designated business areas to ensure accurate volume forecasting and strategic alignment with client goals.
    • Client Relationship Development: Develop and maintain client relationships to support the achievement of Direct Sourcing product objectives and ensure long-term partnership success.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Tertiary qualification in business or a related discipline is highly desirable; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
    • Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in staffing or corporate HR, preferably within a global organization.
    • Expert knowledge of recruiting within a specific industry or vertical.
    • Demonstrated experience conducting behavior-based interviews for a variety of roles.
    • Proven ability to interpret and implement Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs).
    • Successful track record managing multiple searches and stakeholder relationships at different stages of the recruitment lifecycle.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
    • Effective influencer with experience driving outcomes without direct authority.
    • Experience designing and executing sourcing strategies and plans.
    • Thorough knowledge of OFCCP compliance requirements.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
    • Prior experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
    • Skilled in writing client-focused communications, including emails and job descriptions.
    • Capable of delivering presentations to client groups ranging from 1 to 15 participants.
