    What You’ll Do:

    • Build and nurture long-term relationships with IT leaders and hiring managers
    • Bring innovative ideas to deepen engagement and strengthen partnerships
    • Track and interpret metrics to identify trends, gaps, and areas for refinement
    • Have candid conversations about compensation, expectations, and alignment
    • Collaborate closely with the recruiting team, building internal relationships grounded in trust and transparency throughout every step of the hiring process

    What We’re Looking For:

    • 3+ years of experience in IT staffing, preferably in an agency environment
    • Experience managing customer accounts and building trusted partnerships
    • Coachable mindset with a desire to grow professionally and personally
    • Strong prioritization and time management skills
