We offer work-life balance unlike most traditional retailers. This is a part-time role with the possibility of being full-time depending on candidate experience and desired hours per week. Hourly rate varies depending on years of experience. Store hours are 10AM-6PM Monday through Saturday, closed Sunday. We are looking for candidates with initiative that are comfortable working in a high-end sales environment. We pride ourselves on exceptional service to our clients. JOB DESCRIPTION: The position includes, but is not limited, to: -Generating sales of high-end products with a focus on client satisfaction by offering exceptional service, relationship development, education, and product training. -Producing quotes for clients using the POS system and proactively following up on the phone/by e-mail. -Delivering excellent customer service that ensures ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfaction. -Assisting in the scheduling, assembly, and physical delivery of products to guests' homes, including service repair calls. -Maintaining the store's presentation and housekeeping standards. WE ARE LOOKING FOR THE FOLLOWING SKILL SETS: -Experienced with using technology to conduct business and keying data into POS system -Comfortable approaching and engaging guests who come into the store -Experienced speaking with guests on the phone for periods of time or by e-mail -Ability to achieve store goals -Genuinely happy, outgoing personality -Servant leader, team focused -Self-driven personality to handle retail "down time" and manage to-do list QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: -Must be able to pass background check and drug screening -Must have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance -A minimum of one-year previous experience in specialty retail sales/customer service preferred -Must be able to handle physical requirements (lift over 50 pounds, stock shelves, climb ladder, deliver product, build chairs) -Maintain a well-groomed appearance per dress code as described in established guideline -Basic math skills -Strong oral, written, and presentation skills -Able to use basic office equipment, computers, and cash register/point-of-sale system OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU: -Family atmosphere -Part-time schedule options (1 - 2 days a week) - great for college students or retirees -Sundays off Relax The Back Fort Worth is a family-owned, locally-run, franchised retail company.
