We need individuals to support the outside sales team in an effort to grow potential sales opportunities. The select individual will be responsible for building their own team with the lead support from our rapidly growing company. Responsibilities: Primary duties include outbound calling, email communication, coordination and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities and overall management of sales pipeline through the sales cycle to ensure the needs of our customers are met Practice and become adept at using scripts to overcome objections and provide the team value proposition to prospective customers so that they can identify our company’s values and integrity Manage and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so our agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently Provide up-to-date information regarding clients and where they are in the home buying and selling process so that agents act quickly and efficiently Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies served by our team in order to expand our clientele and build our business • Negotiating contracts and handling client issues • Attending appointments for our investment leads, listings, and representing buyers in the home purchase process • Using the MLS and our CRM to understand the market and make proper offers on homes • Guiding homeowners and teaching them to the best of their ability Qualifications: A valid Real Estate License is required for this job Driven to succeed You are a natural organizer, have everything in its place and your time management skills are spot on Great phone presence with a closer mentality Able to rehearse and internalize scripts Eager to find best possible solution with a positive attitude Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000 at plan commission
