Collaborate with process, automation, and maintenance teams to troubleshoot production issues and enhance system reliability.
Support site-wide EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) initiatives by ensuring equipment and maintenance activities align with compliance standards.
Provide technical support during equipment upgrades, shutdowns, and capital projects.
Participate in corporate knowledge sharing and prepare for potential future assignments at other domestic and international sites.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
4+ years of hands-on experience in reliability or maintenance engineering in chemical, food, or pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
Practical knowledge of reliability tools and methodologies such as RCA, FMEA, condition monitoring, and CMMS systems.
