  • Responsibilities

    SCOPE: The Reliability Engineer will be responsible for finding repeat failures, eliminating the issues from the root cause, and optimizing maintenance strategies/programs by incorporating predictive technologies. This position will partner with the Electrical and Mechanical technician, maintenance teams, and production operations to deliver business results.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Provide leadership, expertise, and direction in the implementation of Maintenance Reliability strategies
    • Provide technical expertise and support to ensure that Preventive / Predictive Programs and Maintenance Planning Processes are executed to meet current and long-term objectives.
    • Responsible for providing leadership, direction, and assistance in conducting analysis of system maintainability and reliability studies of equipment; developing and utilizing appropriate surveillance and feedback systems to generate and evaluate data.
    • Perform Root Cause Analysis of systems and subsystems within a manufacturing environment.
    • Leads in vibration, infrared, and other predictive analyses and interpretation of results.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or technical-related field or equivalent experience
    • 3+ years of maintenance/reliability in an industrial or heavy equipment manufacturing environment
    • Strong analytical skills – data analysis, scheduling, and planning
