Your Day-to-Day
As the site’s Reliability Engineering leader, you will:
Develop and continuously improve the plant reliability and maintenance strategy
Partner with Maintenance, Production, and Engineering to ensure reliability and maintainability of new and modified equipment
Lead initiatives focused on failure elimination, maintainability, and system performance across:
Production equipment and processes
Utilities and facilities systems
Controls and safety systems
Design and implement value-added preventive maintenance (PM) programs
Drive predictive maintenance (PdM) and non-destructive testing methodologies
Analyze repetitive equipment failures and implement sustainable solutions that improve:
Production capacity
Product quality
Operating costs
Regulatory and safety compliance
Provide hands-on technical support during routine and urgent equipment issues
Develop and deliver training programs to strengthen Maintenance team capabilities
What We’re Looking For
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial preferred)
5+ years of experience in a Reliability Engineer or Reliability Specialist role
Previous maintenance experience (Manager, Supervisor, or Technician) strongly preferred
Skills & Abilities
Strong planning and organizational skills
Proven ability to solve complex equipment and engineering challenges
Detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset
Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
Willingness to work in the field alongside mechanics and operators, including responding to critical equipment issues
