Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Office Manager & Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role requires high energy and a great attitude. In this role, you will be responsible for managing office operations, booking service calls, and ensuring efficient route management for our technicians. You will also oversee a team of three call takers, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and book service calls for technicians
Manage daily schedules and routes for service technicians
Supervise and support a team of three call takers
Maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment
Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office management and customer service
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in using scheduling and office management software
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
