    • Be able to provide solutions to clients over the phone and email.

    • Ability to multi task.
    • Problem-solving skills. Great attention to detail.
    • Must have good oral and written communication skills, including the ability to listen and explain technical terms.
    • Strong written communication skills. Ability to document accurately and thoroughly.
    • Basic office software experience (Word, Excel etc.)
