Reliable PBX is seeking a Technical support representative.
- Be able to provide solutions to clients over the phone and email.
- Communicate with the end users and enter issues and resolutions into an automated ticketing system.
- Ability to multi task.
- Problem-solving skills. Great attention to detail.
- Must have good oral and written communication skills, including the ability to listen and explain technical terms.
- Strong written communication skills. Ability to document accurately and thoroughly.
- Basic office software experience (Word, Excel etc.)
