    Job Description

    Reliance Staffing is a fast-growing company in the City of Irving. We are seeking a motivated staffing sales professional that is assertive, self-starter and results driven. We want someone who enjoys earning uncapped commissions with a competitive base salary and benefits.

    PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    · Generate revenue by implementing strategies to attract new clients and expand current clients.

    · Develop a sales plan that is profit driven.

    · Make marketing calls 50 per day to generate prospective leads

    · Visit prospective clients weekly (5)

    · Works directly with Executive Leadership and Branch Leadership to establish individual activity and result expectations.

    · Participates in Branch Meetings to ensure a clear understanding of branch objectives and service needs.

    • Gathers requirements from prospects and customers. Interacts with other company departments to finalize proposal details and presents proposals to prospective customers.
    • Negotiate fees, pricing, value-added services with input from Branch Leader and approval from Executive leadership.
    • Continue learning by participating in educational opportunities, maintaining personal networks, reading professional publications, participating in professional networking organizations.
    • Develop a thorough knowledge of assigned territory and regularly interact with potential clients to identify, qualify, and sell new business.

    · Reconnect and develop relationships with past customers.

    · Track sales activity through Sales Force software.

    · Provide weekly reporting to next level manager.

    · Complete task for operations as requested by management on behalf of company.

    · Perform other miscellaneous tasks as assigned by management.

     

     

     

    REQUIREMENTS:

    · Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.

    · Minimum of 3 years Selling in the Staffing Industry Preferred.

    · Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    · Self-Starter and Self-Driver.

    · Strong time management and organizational skills.

    · Excellent interpersonal skill with a high level of professionalism.

    · Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

    · Proven ability to meet sales quotas and exceed them.

    COMPENSATION:

    Salary: $DOE Plus commission.
