Administrate, monitor, and support all aspects of the VoIP infrastructure including deployment, operations, maintenance and troubleshooting high complexity voice application issues. Design and create VoIP systems and architectures. Analyze current processes and procedures for possible improvement as well as develop and maintain documentation of their assigned environment. Serve as the primary IT contact for Reliance business units and will provide escalation response for issues. Review existing technologies for vendor support and end-of-life information. Contribute to identifying migration path needs. Frame the essence of the customer’s issue, and builds scalable and adaptable solutions, while considering the larger stakeholder community. Present unbiased positions to customer, and explain complex ideas in understandable term. Gain stakeholder buy-in, eliminate ambiguity, and ensure traceability to source requirements. Assist personnel in other RTS departments to resolve technical and/or application issues. Conduct analysis, prepare reports, and work on project implementation. Provide support, troubleshoot, and install Unified Communications and related technologies. This position requires 48% domestic travel and 2% international travel. Teleworking permitted within reasonable commuting distance of the Cypress, CA office.
ANNUAL PAY: $140,580 - $141,000 per year
