Job Description
Develop comprehensive marketing strategies, plan and coordinate marketing efforts for Private Label and Contract Manufacturing. Communicate marketing plans, execute integrated online/offline, search engine marketing and advertising. Manage trade shows and oversee other campaigns to generate demand and sales leads.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Synthesize, interpret, and apply market research information to establish facts and develop deeper insights providing new perspective on competitors, marketplace issues and opportunities
- Enhance and manage a domestic & international B2B strategy including blogs, digital marketing and trade shows.
- Manage the creation of all marketing and sales collateral. Maintain brand messaging and consistency and ensure all collateral adheres to industry regulations.
- Expand lead generation program, leveraging CRM tool. Analyze, manage and build best in class process.
- Measure and report on campaign results.
- Develop, plan, and implement public relations activities, including news releases, newsletters, and press kits. Ensure a minimum number of interviews and media placements each month.
- Enhance company social media platforms and manage social media strategies.
- Evaluating and developing Reliance marketing strategy and marketing plans.
- Collaborate internally and externally to bring insights to develop and implement marketing and branding strategies for new and existing products.
- Oversee and grow the marketing department, consistently identifying revenue opportunities within our established client base.
- Identify short-term and long-term scheduling, budget, and resource needs, including the development and management of an annual marketing budget, profit/loss projections and other financial considerations.
- Understand key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends in order to translate results into actionable insights for sales team
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION:
- College degree from an accredited four-year college required
- 3-5 years+ Marketing and/or Sales experience working in the nutritional ingredient, dietary supplement and/or contract manufacturing industry.
- Demonstrated success and willingness to work in both strategic planning and tactical execution capacities.
- Market research and competitive analysis experience in a service marketing role.
- Strong project management skills.
- Trade show, PR, and online marketing experience a plus.

- Strong planning, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to balance customer, manufacturing, and business requirements to expedite project launch
- Ability to work independently (self-directed)
- Track record of managing projects to schedule
- Experience in successfully coordinating with functional departments
- Excellent interpersonal and influence management skills including evidence of managing multi-discipline teams
- Ability to effectively handle conflict through proactive action, and direct and timely communication
- Attention to detail and experience to check behind the scenes to ensure surprises are minimized
- Sets the standard for timeliness, work ethic, and personal integrity
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Strong business case development skills with good cost accounting vocabulary
- Strong Computer skills; proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, etc.)
- Experience of successful demonstrated experience in program/project management
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and oversee Graphics Team
- Manage outside consultants as required
