Reliant Air Conditioning, one of Dallas–Fort Worth’s premiere heating and air conditioning service providers, is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented individual to join our Retrofit Department team!

As a Retrofit Purchasing Coordinator, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative and purchasing tasks that will support the department. Your duties will include, but are not limited to, purchasing equipment and materials for upcoming jobs, communicating with the sales team on availability of products, posting payments and completing invoices, purchasing extended labor warranties, scheduling appointments with homeowners, and creating installation jobs within our software system.

JOB FUNCTIONS

• Create install jobs based on data provided by sales staff.

• Purchasing/Sourcing all equipment and materials related to installations

• Manage the scheduling of city inspections for current projects.

• Miscellaneous data tasks including spreadsheets management, tracking and purchasing warranty agreements, posting job payments and closing out invoices, and verifying job costing

• Be an advocate for Reliant in every capacity, engaging in conversations and answering questions our customers have

• Address and resolve all customer conflicts.

• Anticipate customer issues and resolve them by having a focus and plan in place.

• Handle and manage multiple conversations, both inbound and outbound, with customers and other staff at any given time.

REQUIREMENTS

• A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

• Previous experience in a data entry focused role strongly preferred

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service-based role.

• Strong demonstratable skills working within various computer programs such as but not limited to the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under time constraints.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

• Strong communication skills, in both written, and visual format.

• Ability to change and adapt to current and future responsibilities and circumstances.

• Ability to work well within a team-oriented environment and build effective relationships within the team

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
