    Join our dynamic team as a Marketing Coordinator! In this role, you'll be the maestro behind our marketing efforts, coordinating with vendors to streamline our marketing initiatives. Your focus won't be on graphic design but on harnessing the power of tools like Canva to bring our ideas to life. You'll also take the reins in organizing realtor events, staying on top of social media trends, and brainstorming hot topics to keep our audience engaged and our brand buzzing. Part-Time position Responsibilities: • Create monthly breakdowns of our analytics on the web and social, recommend improvements, and identify growth opportunities • Regularly update social media and respond to followers • Develop branded marketing materials such as social posts, blogs, and web copy that is professional and well-written • Monitor and maintain content across all platforms including website, mailing lists, SEO, and analytics to keep content current • Play a key role on the marketing team in advising on and contributing to digital, advertising, and marketing strategies Qualifications: • Advanced knowledge of current market trends • Must be driven with strong communication and project management skills • Experience with social media platforms, CRM, CSM, and public relations Key Responsibilities:Social Media & Marketing Savvy: Pilot the creation of social media content and marketing materials, aligning them with our company's strategy • Event Planning Pro: Spearhead a variety of events including mixers, webinars, and team outings, ensuring they're memorable and effective • Data-Driven: Keep an eye on marketing KPIs to track and report on our success Job Tasks:Market Research: Dive into market trends, competitor strategies, and client insights to steer our brand's growth • Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a social media plan across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, and LinkedIn to elevate our brand presence • Vendor Collaboration: Partner with external vendors to create impactful marketing materials, both online and offline • Creative Content Creation: Craft newsletters, flyers, and other marketing collateral to support our strategy • Campaign Innovation: Design engaging ad campaigns to attract new clients • Project Leadership: Manage marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring top-notch results • Networking: Represent us at industry events, forging new connections and gathering fresh marketing insights Compensation: $18 - $22 hourly
