    For over 2 decades, RELIANT MANAGEMENT GROUP manages the operations of various skilled nursing facilities nationwide, with the majority of our facilities being located in California. Our primary function, as the corporate office for our various facilities, is to perform and manage their billing and processes.

    Our facilities continuous nursing, medical, and other health and social services on a 24-hour basis, under physician directed care and RN supervision. They focus on providing care for patients who are not in the acute phase of illness or requiring services in a hospital and who require primary, restorative, or skilled nursing services on an inpatient or custodial care basis. Our goal is to help our patients reach a degree of self-care in essential daily living.

    We service a multitude of patients and their families across our vast network, while remaining committed to the professional development of our staff, the functional improvement of our patients, and the cultivation of strong partnerships within our communities. 

    WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

    We are seeking to hire a self-motivated and results-orientated BOOKKEEPER to join our team!

    WHAT YOU’LL DO:

    • Compiles, reconciles and analyzes financial information in the preparation of journal entries and account analysis.
    • Records expenditures, encumbrances, receipts, and receivables according to generally accounting principles and company policy.
    • Performs analyses to determine trends, estimates, and significant changes, and reports findings to supervisors.
    • Prepares balance sheet, profit and loss statements, and other reports to summarize company financial position.
    • Monitors compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and company procedures.
    • Reviews, researches, and corrects errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports.
    • Makes recommendations for process improvement in assigned tasks.

    WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

    • Post-secondary education degree in Accounting required
    • 1-2 years of accounting experience
    • Strong time management and prioritization skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Able to work independently and cooperatively in a team environment
    • Highly proficient with QuickBooks, Excel (pivot tables, sum-ifs, v-lookups, and etc.), and Outlook
