WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

Reliant Management Group is seeking to hire a self-motivated, efficient, responsible LICENSED VOCATIONAL NURSE experienced within the Skilled Nursing Industry. Our LICENSED VOCATIONAL NURSE is responsible for following the Plan of Care, providing treatments, and working collaboratively with the members of the team to help meet positive patient care outcomes.  This role is in an office setting, working in collaboration with Nurse Consultants at our Corporate office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Executing physician orders
• Provide nursing support, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care
• Communicate results of laboratory and other diagnostic testing to the physician
• Monthly Recap of Orders
• Chart Review
• Other Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) duties as assigned
• Schedule: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

• Current LVN license in the state of CA
• Current BLS certification
• Previous experience as an LVN in the long-term care industry preferred
• Knowledge of PointClickCare

WHAT WE OFFER:
