Responsibilities: Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract Follow up on all leads and requests for information Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research Qualifications: Over 1 year of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales experience is preferred Preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent work Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 yearly
