Bank Customer Service Representative
Title: Bank Tellers - Telephone Location: Columbus, OH Duration: Contract to Hire Our client is a leader in the financial industry. They have an immediate need for Customer Service / Telephone Bank Tellers for their newly developed digital financial software systems. These positions will be based in Columbus OH. On a day-to-day basis, the associates will perform banker and bank teller functions over the phone. Fintech systems are replacing traditional brick and mortar banking and our associates will serve as bank tellers to the digital bank customers. This would include helping with day to day financial transactions. These positions will be in an office environment providing customer service and banking help to customers. Candidates must have banking experience. Previous call center, testing experience and customer service experience are pluses.
