    **Position Type:** PART TIME

    **Job Description:**

    Reliatus Behavioral Health is seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to join our team as a Counselor in our Sober Living Program. As a leading provider of behavioral health services in Arizona, we are committed to supporting individuals on their journey to recovery. The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited university and hold a current license as a Master Social Worker in the State of Arizona.

    **Responsibilities:**

    1\. **Individual Counseling:** Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with residents in the Sober Living Program, providing support, guidance, and therapeutic interventions to promote recovery and well-being.

    2\. **Group Therapy:** Facilitate group therapy sessions to address various aspects of substance use recovery, mental health, and life skills. Create a supportive and engaging group environment.

    3\. **Assessment and Treatment Planning:** Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' social, emotional, and mental health needs. Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.

    4\. **Case Management:** Collaborate with other professionals, including medical staff, case managers, and external support networks, to ensure a holistic and coordinated approach to residents' care.

    5\. **Crisis Intervention:** Respond to and manage crisis situations effectively, providing immediate support and implementing appropriate interventions to ensure the safety and well-being of residents.

    6\. **Documentation and Reporting:** Maintain accurate and timely documentation of counseling sessions, treatment plans, and other relevant information. Provide regular reports to supervisors and participate in case conferences as needed.

    7\. **Education and Advocacy:** Educate residents on coping strategies, relapse prevention, and life skills necessary for sustained recovery. Advocate for residents' needs within the organization and the larger community.

    8\. **Professional Development:** Stay current with industry trends, evidence-based practices, and relevant policies. Attend training and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills.

    **Qualifications:**

    1\. Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited university.

    2\. Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in the State of Arizona.

    3\. Experience in substance use counseling, preferably in a residential or sober living setting.

    4\. Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and a client-centered approach.

    5\. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    6\. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.

    7\. Knowledge of Arizona state regulations related to behavioral health and substance use treatment.

    8\. Flexibility and adaptability to the evolving needs of the Sober Living Program.
