    Do you like to travel as a key team player in a rapidly growing medical business? If so, we encourage you to consider our **Implementation & Onboarding Specialist **position in Scottsdale, AZ!

    You will be part of a highly profitable anti-aging business acquiring clinics around the nation. As success is tied to customer care and service values, you will be responsible for training new hourly staff and implementing Relicus' policies in newly acquired clinics around the nation.

    In addition, you will master the use of Trainual to support your teaching and maintain/update all policies as needed. You will be our Quality Care Ambassador setting the standard for the very best in upscale service to our employees for our clientele.

    *UNRESTRICTED ABILITY TO TRAVEL IS **REQUIRED! ***

    Responsibilities:

    • Become subject matter expert in Trainual.
    • Develop and /or refine training/orientation templates for each clinic's hourly employees, front desk, and MAs.
    • Participate in site due diligence as directed.
    • Spend the first week of post-acquisition on site.
    • Audit performance and compliance with policies.
    • Conduct spot training as needed.
    • Evaluate workflows with Operations to improve efficiency.
    • Build an inventory of best practices and lessons learned. Establish a best practice sharing process.
    • Must master all local practice management software and HubSpot CRM.
    • Be the educational resource for the company.

    Qualifications:

    • Experienced corporate trainer with healthcare/Med Spa office management preferred but not required.
    • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University in Business Administration or the like required.
    • 3-5 years of practical medical office or related office management or training experience required.
    • Minimum 3 years' service training experience required.
    • Customer service training experience required.
    • Conducting Orientation experience highly required.
    • Professional appearance required.
    • Corporate training experience is highly preferred.
    • Great people skills and teaching acumen.
    • Patience.
    • Strong work ethic –a stickler for high standards.
    • Excellent writing skills.
    • MUST be willing and able to travel.
    • MUST TAKE SKILLS TESTS

    Additional Information:

    • Schedule: Monday – Friday 8 AM- 5 PM
    • Reports to: HR Generalist and Senior Practice Manager
