Job role: RN Unit Manager Location: Dallastown, PA Shift order: Days | 5*8 Shift: 7:30 AM - 03:30 PM Guaranteed hour: 40hr./Weekly Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend

Responsibilities

Coordinate with other colleagues to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans

Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions

Document any changes in patient conditions and report on changes

Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with the supervisor

Qualifications

Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of employment

Previous experience as a Registered Nurse is required.

Covid vaccinated & flu vaccination.

Excellent interpersonal and client care skills

Valid driver’s license

First aid/CPR certification required
