Job Description:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) with our organization, you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive nursing care to our patients under the supervision of registered nurses (RNs) and nurse managers. You will utilize your clinical expertise to assess patient needs, implement care plans, and provide direct patient care while promoting patient comfort, dignity, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine nursing tasks, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring, in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.

Assist registered nurses (RNs) and other healthcare providers in conducting patient assessments and developing individualized care plans.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of care across various healthcare settings.

Provide patient education on disease management, medication administration, and self-care techniques to promote optimal health and wellness.
