Job Description:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist as needed with monthly license renewals and ongoing regulatory notifications to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
- Database maintenance of current license fees, renewal dates, and vendor information.
- Maintain on-site and electronic license files and supply copies upon request.
- Correspond with federal, state, and local agencies regarding license renewals.
- Daily process of delivered and Interoffice mail.
- Prepares reports to support business needs and requests.
- Reconciliation and quality control of licensing payments made by credit card.
- Perform other related duties to assist with special projects as requested by Management.
Experience:
3 or more years of professional work experience
Education:
High school diploma or GED required, Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or similar field preferred and have 2+ years of relevant work experience.
